Since then, Connie has had multiple felony charges and convictions.  All related to child abuse.  She has been imprisoned AND spent time in the Napa Hospital for the Criminal Insane.  She is a diagnosed paranoid severe schizophrenic.  Without medication (Connie refuses to take any), leaves Connie a dangerous, evil person.   (this note made May 30, 2021).
